Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and the kitchen. Enjoy wonderful exteriors with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sunbeds, a Balinese bed, and a hanging swing, all with sea views. The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as is access for people outside the reservation. Guests are requested to respect the neighbors and avoid making noise after 10 PM. Only the alarm camera outside the front door of the house will operate during the stay. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.
