Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and the kitchen.

The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reservation. Please respect the rest of the neighbors and avoid making noise after 10:00 PM. An alarm camera outside the front door of the house will operate during your stay. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.
