The interior boasts a spacious living room with TV and terrace access, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with stunning sea views, a master bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a second bedroom with a 1.50 m bed, a separate dressing room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and kitchen.
Enjoy the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sunbeds, and a Balinese bed, all with sea views. An outdoor dining area is also available. Please note that the celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reservation.
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. The alarm camera outside the front door of the house will operate during your stay. Please respect the rest of the neighbors and avoid making noise after 10:00 PM.
