Its location on a small cliff will allow you to enjoy STUNNING PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park.

Next to the pool, there is a door providing DIRECT BEACH ACCESS, with just half a dozen steps separating you from the crystal-clear waters of the tranquil cove, ideal for diving due to its abundant flora and fauna.

The property features spacious outdoor terraces with impressive views where you can enjoy a meal or dinner while watching the sea and being caressed by its pleasant breeze.

Its six bedrooms have air conditioning and beautiful sea views. On the upper floor is the main bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and a glazed terrace. The other two bedrooms are located next to the pool with independent access from the main house. Its modern kitchen is very spacious and has direct access to the indoor dining room and outdoor terraces where you can enjoy magnificent first-line sea views. The dining room and the large loft-style living room with air conditioning are connected to each other and have large windows, providing the property with a great sense of light and space.

The property has high-speed internet/wifi (100MB fiber) with the possibility of increasing to 300MB.

During winter, you will enjoy its wood-burning fireplace with a glass door. The house also has a smoke detector and alarm.
