ENERGY CONSUMPTION: The tenant pays a deposit of 15 € / day in advance. At the end of the stay, the exact amount will be calculated with the official invoices of the supply companies and the difference will be returned to the tenant. Note: The house has an installation of photovoltaic panels so electricity bills are lower.

This fantastic villa lays right ON THE BEACH, on one of the most precious bays of the fishers’ town of Moraira. This beautiful village is known for its charm and its spectacular sand beaches and crystal clear water.

The privileged location of the villa allows you to ENJOY STUNNING PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and the Natural Park of Peñon de Ifach.

Next to the pool, a door gives you DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Just a few steps will lead you right into the amazing waters of one of the quietest bays of Moraira. This is the perfect place for diving and snorkelling thanks to the incredible variety of its submarine wildlife.

The villa owns several spacious outdoor terraces with unbelievable panoramic views where you can enjoy a delicious meal or a glass of sangria, in the warm sea breeze.

All its six bedrooms have air conditioning and breathtaking sea views. On the top floor, is the master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a glazed terrace. On the same floor, there are another 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a glazed in terrace with spectacular panoramic views. Next to it is a bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms are located next to the pool with independent access from the main house. These two bedrooms are ideal for a family with children as they are connected by a door and share a bathroom with shower

The house has high speed internet / wifi (100MB fiber) with the possibility of increasing it up to 300MB.

During the winter you will enjoy your wood burning fireplace with a glass door. The house also has a smoke detector and alarm.
