Hanging items on balcony railings, washing terraces in a way that allows water to run down the side of the building, throwing objects from the balcony, and leaving dogs barking on balconies are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly non-smoking inside the apartment and prohibited in hallways and elevators; designated smoking areas should be used. Unpleasant smells originating from the apartment that reach other units or common areas will be sanctioned. The pool is private for residents and authorized guests only, with hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Winter) and 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Summer). No glass containers or bottles are allowed in the pool or solarium areas. Guests must dry off before leaving the pool area to enter the building. Garbage should be disposed of regularly in designated bins outside the complex, and trash should not be left in hallways or common areas. Please turn off lights and AC when leaving to conserve energy. Deliveries require the guest to be present as the building does not provide package reception.
