This is a private residential complex with strict quiet hours from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Vandalism or significant noise disturbances are penalized with community fines ranging from €100.00 to €300.00. Hanging items on balcony railings, washing terraces in a way that allows water to run down the side of the building, and littering from the balcony are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly non-smoking inside the apartment and prohibited in common areas like hallways and elevators; please use designated smoking areas only. Unpleasant smells originating from the apartment that reach other units or common areas will be sanctioned. Dogs over 15 kg must use the forklift/service elevator, and dogs must be tied or carried at all times in common areas. They are not permitted to use community gardens as toilets, and cannot be left alone barking on balconies. Garbage should be disposed of regularly in designated bins outside the complex, and there is no garbage collection on Saturdays. Please turn off lights and AC when leaving to conserve energy. The building does not provide package reception, so you must be present to receive any deliveries. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. This property is rented as a Seasonal Non-Tourist Residence, and guests agree to comply with Spanish Law and the specific Community Regulations provided. Repeat offenses may result in the loss of community benefits and financial penalties.
