CUTE VILLA FOR RENT IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. UP TO 6 PEOPLE.

LAY OUT: The villa is very practical as all the rooms are distributed on a single floor, which is five steps from the terrace where the pool is located. We have three bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with single beds), two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), and a large space composed of an open-plan kitchen and a living-dining room with a fireplace. It is worth noting that the villa has air conditioning installed in all the bedrooms and the living-dining room.

EXTERIOR: There is a furnished covered terrace from which we have views of Cabo d'Or in Moraira and a large open terrace where the large private pool is located. Here we find sun loungers to enjoy the sun, an outdoor shower, and a built-in barbecue that is covered and furnished with a table and chairs. We access the plot through swing gates where we will find space to park our vehicles, and they will be covered and sheltered from the sun. A garden with trees and plants surrounds the property.

LOCATION : It is located in Benissa Costa, between Calpe and Moraira. A wonderful area with many crystal-clear coves and a wide variety of restaurants where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine. Less than 500 meters from the villa, there is a fantastic tennis club to enjoy during our vacation.
