This typical Canarian house features 2 double bedrooms with natural light, 2 full bathrooms, a stylish living room with an open kitchen and a designer fireplace, a private jacuzzi with breathtaking views, a sauna and a small gym for relaxation and wellness, and spacious outdoor areas to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the villa is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, and TV.
Optional extras available upon request include a baby crib for €20/stay, a high chair for €15/stay, and a pushchair for €20/stay. Extra towels can be purchased with large towels for €5, small towels for €2, and pool towels for €5. Extra linen/bedding is available for €10/stay.
Events, parties, and access for non-registered individuals are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors by refraining from loud noises after 22:00h. Late arrivals incur an extra cost: arrivals between 22:00–24:00 will be charged an additional €20, and arrivals between 24:00–02:00 will be charged an additional €40. For a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (uploading ID details) before you travel, as keys can only be handed over once this step is done. Fresh bed linen, 1 large towel per guest, 1 small towel per bathroom, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and dish soap are included. Guests should bring their own personal toiletries, cleaning products, or extra consumables. Due to Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate, insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, which is normal for the island and not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. Cancellation of bookings may occur if guests fail to comply with house rules or other obligations. Check-in is between 16:00 - 22:00 hours. Guests must provide their contact details prior to or upon arrival and the guest who made the booking must be present for the key handover and reside at the property for the entire duration of the stay. The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and additional guests arriving without prior notification may result in the entire group being ejected from the accommodation.
