Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are allowed. This is a self-catering holiday rental, not a hotel with a 24-hour reception or concierge service. For non-urgent matters, messages are answered during office hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Sundays and public holidays are for emergencies only. The guest must be at least 21 years old. The person making the reservation must be a member of the travelling party and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Third-party bookings are not permitted unless expressly agreed by Mediterra Rentals in writing before the reservation is confirmed. The accommodation is reserved only for the number of guests declared in the reservation form. The maximum occupancy of the accommodation must not be exceeded under any circumstances. In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, all Guests are required to complete an online guest registration and identity verification process before arrival. Registration must be completed no later than 72 hours before arrival. Failure or refusal to complete the registration and verification process may result in cancellation of the reservation or refusal of check-in. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring that accurate information is provided for all members of the booking party. Only registered guests may stay at the property. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of all keys, access devices, access cards, remote controls, and access codes provided during the stay. Any costs incurred as a result of lost keys, lockouts, replacement keys, replacement access devices, locksmith attendance, reprogramming of locks or access systems, emergency call-outs, or additional staff attendance may be charged to the Guest. Guests must immediately report any lost keys, compromised access codes, or security concerns relating to property access. Mediterra Rentals is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind by Guests. Items left by Guests will be returned solely at the discretion of Mediterra Rentals. Any items deemed suitable for return will be sent at a time and by a method convenient to Mediterra Rentals. Guests are responsible for any shipping and handling costs incurred in returning lost items.
