Guests have access to two communal swimming pools, one suitable for children, and sun loungers.
Optional extras are available upon request, including air conditioning for €10/day, a baby crib for €20/stay, a high chair for €15/stay, and a pushchair for €20/stay. Extra towels can be rented with large towels for €5, small towels for €2, and pool towels for €5. Additional linen/bedding is available for €10/stay. Please request extras in advance.
Late arrivals incur an extra cost: arrivals between 22:00–24:00 are €20, and arrivals between 24:00–02:00 are €40. For a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (uploading ID details) before you travel, as keys can only be handed over once this step is done. Please be aware that Tenerife has a subtropical climate, and insects such as ants or occasional cockroaches may appear, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal on the island and does not indicate a cleanliness issue. The property is regularly cleaned and inspected and has no known or ongoing pest issues. The property is intended for holiday stays, not parties or events. Cancellation of bookings may occur if guests fail to comply with house rules or other obligations. From time to time, there may be temporary public or private works in the surrounding area, which can result in some external noise during legal working hours.
