In the living area, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining table and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals, a service bathroom, and a large terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy your meals al fresco. On the second floor, in the bedroom area, you'll find a suite with a double bed and a French balcony, a single bedroom with a bunk bed, and a double bedroom with a work desk, as well as a complete bathroom with all the amenities for your stay. For your convenience, this villa has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with channels, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer.
You can request a transfer service whenever necessary for an additional fee. You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of €230 for water, electricity, and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). The tenant undertakes, whenever requested, to allow a member of staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose. In order to make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
