The living space offers comfortable seating and a smart TV with access to streaming services. Enjoy two inviting outdoor areas: a front balcony with a small table overlooking the sea, and a rear courtyard bathed in morning sunshine. The community features landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool that is open year-round.
Guests have access to free parking directly in front of the building, and additional free parking is available at the roundabout located just above the property. Extra towels can be supplied for an additional fee.
To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties, gatherings, and bachelor/bachelorette events are not permitted. The property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. In Spain, all tourist accommodations are legally required to register guest details with the national police. The check-in scan ensures compliance with this regulation by securely capturing your ID or passport information. This is a mandatory step. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. If you need extra towels, we can supply them for an additional fee. A small courtesy amenities kit is included at check in, but as this is a self-serviced apartment, you’ll need to restock anything you require during your stay.
You will have private access to the entire apartment, the landscaped gardens and pool (which is open all year round) are shared with residents of the building.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
