The pool is in operation but may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. In-person assistance during the night, due to problems beyond the control of the property, will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am. The silent period in Portugal is between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, and night rest period must be respected. Social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
Located just 25 minutes from Faro Airport, the apartment is 300 meters from Praia da Falésia, known for its almost 6 km long sandy stretch. A shopping area with shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets is nearby, and the bus stop for Albufeira is just a few meters away.
