LAYOUT: VILLA AVALON, recently built, is organised on two floors. As soon as you enter the villa you enter an open space formed by the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The first of these spaces consists of a chaise longue sofa, an armchair and a TV. Just in front of it, we will find another little piece of living room formed by a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a puff. Right next to it is the large dining table with seating for all the guests of the villa. In addition, the open-plan kitchen has all the necessary elements to prepare excellent meals. These three spaces together with the kitchen island form a very luminous space from which we can go out to the pool area and contemplate the excellent views of the property. Next we will find the first bedroom with an extra large double bed. This floor also has a bathroom with shower. The interior staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms, each with an extra large double bed. One of them has a bathroom with bathtub en suite. Another bathroom is also available on this floor. From the garden area we can access the additional flat of this villa. This flat has a very Mediterranean decoration. Upon entering we will find a three-seater sofa together with an armchair, a coffee table and a television. From this same space we will be able to contemplate the incredible views of the villa. Furthermore, in this space we will also find a dining table. Continuing in this space we will be able to access the last two bedrooms of the property, each one with an extra large double bed and a bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: On entering the property we have access to a large space, giving the possibility to park several vehicles. From the living room we can go out to the covered terrace where we will find a small chill out area with a sofa and two armchairs. Just in front of it is the swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds. In this same area of the garden there is also a sauna. On the lower terrace we will also find an area with several armchairs where we can enjoy a relaxing moment with the impressive views we have. Next to the parking area there is a ping pong table. 

SITUATION: The villa is located in a residential area, quiet and close to nature. The view is breathtaking with the villages of Calpe and Moraira on the horizon. Only a few minutes drive to all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and water activities in the area.
