LAY OUT: This beautiful single storey villa has a charming garden as well as three terraces with spectacular sea views. Mediterranean style, the villa offers all the comfort to enjoy a perfect holiday. The main access is through a covered terrace where we find an outdoor dining table with chairs to share meals and dinners enjoying the incredible sea views. We enter through the living-dining room which opens onto the open plan kitchen. The living room has comfortable sofas as well as a fireplace, the whole offers a warm and relaxing space. The kitchen is modern, recently renovated and fully equipped. There are five bedrooms in the villa, one of which is a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom: in an antique style with mosaics, the bathroom is charming and adds a retro touch to the villa. In the other two bedrooms, one has two single beds and the other has a split bed. All bedrooms on this floor have en suite bathrooms. There is also a toilet in the corridor. Via the exterior stairs, we can access a flat with a dining room, an open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a split bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. This space also offers us a terrace to have a refreshing drink or to share a meal. The views from this terrace are breathtaking.

EXTERIOR: The villa is located on a plot with a very nice and pleasant garden, with many plants and trees typical of the region and that offers several corners to read a book under the tree or share an aperitif by the pool. The outdoor area offers all the comfort to enjoy home cooking under the sun of the Costa Blanca. A solarium upstairs allows us to escape and enjoy the view in an even more private and exclusive atmosphere. The Costa Blanca at our feet!

LOCATION: The villa is located in a very quiet and sunny residential area, it takes only 10 minutes by car to get to the lovely Moraira village, to its sandy beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and to its fabulous harbour.
