One bedroom corner flat in a popular complex Las Arenas, in Playa del Ingles. 

This is a modern, renovated apartment and it has everything that you may need to make it your home for any period between 3 and 11 months. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a large fridge freezer, a proper sized hob, an oven and a microwave. There is an aircon in the living room and there is a window in the bathroom with a shower. The flat is fully furnished and comes with sets of bed linens and towels, and a washing machine. It is possible to sleep in the living room on the sofa-bed. You can enjoy the morning Sun on the terrace which is very private. Despite being in the centre of Playa del Ingles, you will not hear much noise due to the apartment’s position. 

The complex has two pools, on the same floor as the apartment. It also has a sunbathing roof terrace, partly nudist, with stunning views over the sea, dunes, mountains and the town. There is also a tennis court, restaurant and more services that you may want to use.  

The location cannot get much better, the beach is just a couple of minutes away, so is Kasbah, and it is only a 10 minute walk to Yumbo. Nearby there are many shops, restaurants, bus stops and many other services. 

WiFi is provided and bills up to 50€ a month for water and electricity.
