Perfect for a family holiday, Villa Moraira Fun offers fun for all ages. The house is located in a residential development that features two communal swimming pools surrounded by well-maintained gardens and a padel court.

The house has 3 double bedrooms (one of them with a sofa bed), all of them spacious and bright, with built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom #1 has an en-suite bathroom (bathroom #1) and access to the solarium terrace perfect for sunbathing whilst enjoying the views. Bedroom #2 also has access to the solarium terrace with mountain views and a double bed. On the other hand, bedroom #3 has views of the house garden and features a double sofa bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have bathroom #2 with a shower at their disposal.

Going down the stairs from the entrance of this holiday home in Moraira, we reach its spacious open-plan lounge, very bright and comfortable. Furthermore, it is decorated exquisitely and features a dining table and air conditioning.

From the lounge-diner we can access the terrace with covered outdoor dining area and relaxation zone.

The kitchen is independent from the dining room and is fully equipped so you feel at home. Furthermore, next to it there is a spacious laundry room also with everything necessary (washing machine, tumble dryer and ample cupboards) so that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

An original communal swimming pool surrounded by well-maintained Mediterranean-style gardens, perfect for relaxing whilst the children enjoy a refreshing swim.
