This apartment offers a bright and stylish living space with a contemporary design and inviting touches. The spacious interior features a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning and heating. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and direct access to the private balcony, while the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms offer ample storage, air conditioning, and heating. Each of the two modern bathrooms includes either a walk-in shower or a bath with a shower. Complimentary tea and coffee, shampoo, shower gel, soap, a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are provided.
Pool and beach towels are available upon request at the time of booking for an additional charge. For longer bookings, a mid-stay clean and linen change can be provided upon request for an additional charge. Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. The garden and pool are shared with residents of the building. An allocated parking space is provided for your exclusive use.
Check-in is by a personal Meet & Greet service between 3 pm and 11 pm. An additional charge will apply for check-ins after 8 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
The property is managed by a professional short-let property management company. Guests are required to complete verification facilitated by Truvi. This process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 to cover potential damages during their stay.
