The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a main bedroom with a queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and blackout blinds for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A modern bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate guest WC add to the convenience.
Guests have access to the well-maintained communal swimming pool. Residents-only on-street parking is available, accessed via remote-controlled entry.
Please note that the apartment is set on an elevated hillside, and a car is essential for comfortable transportation around the area. The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the duration of the stay. Effective December 2, 2024, all guests booking short-term rentals in Spain are required to provide valid identification documentation prior to their stay. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect quiet hours, particularly in the evening. Please adhere to check-in and check-out times.
