Feel at home in this charming two-bedroom apartment located on a hillside within the gated Small Oasis development in Manilva. This apartment offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains, along with a private terrace and access to a beautiful communal swimming pool.
The bright, open-plan living and dining area seamlessly flows onto the private terrace, offering a perfect setting for meals or relaxation while enjoying the scenery. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a main bedroom with a queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and blackout blinds for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A modern bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate guest WC add to the convenience.
Guests have access to the well-maintained communal swimming pool. Residents-only on-street parking is available, accessed via remote-controlled entry.
Please note that the apartment is set on an elevated hillside, and a car is essential for comfortable transportation around the area. The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the duration of the stay. Effective December 2, 2024, all guests booking short-term rentals in Spain are required to provide valid identification documentation prior to their stay. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect quiet hours, particularly in the evening. Please adhere to check-in and check-out times. Please use available coasters and placement for cups, glasses, and plates. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please turn off the AC when you go out. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Lost or unreturned keys may incur a replacement fee.
Situated within a secure gated community, this apartment is a short drive from the beaches of Manilva, the vibrant Marina de la Duquesa, supermarkets, golf courses, and a variety of restaurants. Estepona, Sotogrande, and Marbella are also within easy reach, making it an excellent base for exploring the Costa del Sol.
