A charge will be applied for lost keys, unauthorized early check-in or late check-out, and for call-outs for lockouts or spare key delivery. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the property, but guests are welcome to smoke outside. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum between 23:00 and 10:00. Guests are responsible for washing their dishes and disposing of garbage in the appropriate bins. Lost property will be held for 14 days from the departure date and returned on request with postage and packaging charges passed on to the guest. Lights, heating, and air conditioning should be used responsibly and turned off when leaving the property. Windows should be closed when air conditioning or heating is on.
