A €50 surcharge applies for arrivals between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events, and unauthorized guests are not allowed. Guests must respect neighbors and avoid noise after 10:00 PM. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. When leaving the apartment, please make sure to close doors and windows and switch off lights, air conditioning, and heating. Garbage must be disposed of in the designated containers between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
This property is available exclusively for justified temporary stays (work, studies, medical treatment, relocation, etc.), in accordance with Article 3 of Spain’s Urban Leasing Law. A signed temporary rental contract will be required. No hotel or tourist services are provided.
