On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with cleaning utensils. A staircase leads to the upper area, where you will find the spacious master bedroom with air conditioning and a private terrace with sea view, as well as two bathrooms with bathtubs, one of which has an additional shower.
The complex has a children's playground, 2 communal pools, and a children's pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers, which are not heated but can be used all year round due to the warm southern temperatures. Parking spaces are usually available directly on the street.
Parties and access by people not included in the reservation are not permitted. Noise must be avoided from 10 PM.
