This lovely rental apartment is available by months (maximum 3 months), located just 2 kilometres from the Costa del  Sol beaches at Torrox Costa. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge-dining room, and a covered terrace with sea, mountain & country views.

Access to the apartment is via a flight of steps from the road level. As you enter you walk into the  lounge-dining room, to the right a passageway takes us to the kitchen and through the kitchen another door takes us to the second bedroom. Back in the passageway to the right we have the bathroom and the next door takes us to the master bedroom. The enclosed terrace is accessible from the lounge or from the master bedroom and has sea & country views.

There is a parking area just downhill from the apartment. LIDL supermarket is not far to walk, as are the beaches at Torrox Costa.

Water and electricity are included in the rental price, gas bottles to be replaced by tenants. Maximum 3 months periods, July, August & the first half of September the price is double.
