Smoking is not permitted, and violations will incur a penalty of 150 euros. Extra guests after check-in are charged at 60€ per day. Pets are allowed with a cost of 50€ per stay, with an additional pet charged at 150€ per stay. No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation. Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties. It is compulsory to fill in guest documentation as indicated by Spanish authorities. Damage to towels, sheets, or duvet covers will incur charges of 10€, 20€, 10€, and 30€ respectively. Damage or breakage of the entrance door lock will result in a penalty of 700 euros. Loss or non-return of any key or control for the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros. Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit. The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve. We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations. Walking through residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden; appropriate attire is required at all times.
