Two private garage spaces are available, and a communal swimming pool is accessible seasonally until the end of September. Pets are allowed with a cost of 50€ per stay, with an additional charge of 150€ for extra pets per stay. Guests are provided with two towels per guest, a cleaning kit, complimentary coffee capsules, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 roll of kitchen paper. Towels for the pool are not provided.
Smoking is not permitted and will incur a penalty of 150 euros. Extra guests after check-in will be charged 60€ per day. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is not tidied up. No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation. The noise levels and sleeping hours of adjoining neighbors must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties. It is compulsory to fill in the guest documentation as indicated by the Spanish authorities. Damage to small towels will cost 10€, large towels 20€, sheets 10€, and duvet cover 30€. Damage or breakage of the entrance door lock will incur a penalty of 700 euros. Loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros. Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit. The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve. Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden; appropriate attire is required at all times.
