This large  apartment of 165m2 is the pearls of the Villamartin Plaza. Bathed in light with its three-meter-high ceilings, it is not an accommodation in which one feels overwhelmed. This place, thanks to its arched windows, its very colorful tiles and its multiple interior arches, preserves its Spanish charm with marked Andalusian inspirations.

The GolfStar is distributed as follows: once you have crossed the porch, you reach a large entrance and in front of you a living room of almost 80m2 where you will find four large sofas as well as an extendable dining table.

The curtains, rugs and fireplace front make the atmosphere warm and very pleasant.

From this large living room you access the terrace which offers, through its large rounded windows, an impressive view of the west side of the Villamartín golf course. The green hills and the imposing stone pines inhabited by parakeets offer you an unparalleled moment of contemplation every day.

The kitchen of the apartment, with its bright and sparkling colors, is typical Spanish: bright and colorful! It is equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer, as well as a wide range of pans, pots and plates. It is open to the living room with a large wooden counter and high stools, always with a very Spanish spirit. In the adjacent laundry room there is the refrigerator, freezer and washing machine.

THE ROOMS

The apartment consists of two large bedrooms designed for two and three people. They are called “Hepburn” because of the glamorous and passionate burgundy color, and “Nénuphars” because of the more familiar yellow ocher.

Two large wardrobes with sliding doors and hanging space will allow you to store your suitcases during your stay at the GolfStar. Each of them has its own bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Toiletries such as shower gel, toothpaste/brush, hair dryer (...) are included in each bathroom. Please note that rooms are equipped with wall heaters and ceiling fans.

LOUNGE

The living room of the apartment is the highest room in Villamartin Plaza: it dominates all the surrounding buildings and its ceiling height is about four meters. An (almost) entirely glazed room with beautiful curved windows that are illuminated by the sun's rays. A sofa and chaise longue are installed here, as well as some hanging plants. Once the three sides of the window are open, you can access the famous GolfStar balcony: feeling like “King of the world” guaranteed. Victim of dizziness to abstain.

THE POOL

Within the Villamartin Plaza urbanization there is a large community pool with free access from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is surrounded by a large park where you can place your towels and sun loungers in the shade of palm trees or ancient olive trees. The pool is built on three levels with depths ranging from a paddling pool to two metres. This green and blue oasis is unsecured and unheated, but is completely fenced with a security gate. It is located on the side of the building, a two-minute walk from GolfStar.

Pets

Small animals are allowed in our rental. However, some rules must be respected to guarantee the cleanliness and serenity of the premises: Only one animal can be accommodated / Do not put the animal on the sofa or on the beds / The tourist guarantees that his animal's footprints will be cleaned / The walk The animal in the residence must be on a leash / Our animal friends are welcome, as long as they do not cause noise pollution / Do not leave the animal alone in the rental, without supervision.
