Lovely and cheerful villa in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 4 persons. The villa is situated in a residential area and at 3 km from La Ampolla Moraira beach.
The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a garden with gravel and beautiful views of the sea and the valley. The vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities and places to go out makes this a fine villa to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.
In the downstairs apartment lives a lady, who does have her own entrance and does not have access tot the swimming-pool area.
Minimum stay of 2 months between October and March, and energy charges according to consumption.
In addition to the damage deposit of 500 € for the house, a deposit of 200 € is required for centricity consumption.
