The studio has a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a couch to chill, a hammock to relax, a kitchen to prepare meals and a big window to let the sun in! We provide bed linen and towels. There's also a blackout curtain to block the light in the bedroom and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen provides all you need. You can find a dining table for 4 people, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, combined cylinder and double refrigerator. In the bathroom there's a bathtub with shower, shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair dryer. Free portable unlimited WIFI.

Matosinhos is a city with a tradition of sea, fish and fishermans. Matosinhos gastronomy, increasingly appreciated and praised nationally and internationally, is considered one of the municipality's main tourist products, with the municipality sometimes being considered the dining room of the Porto Metropolitan area. From traditional grilled sardines to the most refined international cuisine, without forgetting seafood, in Matosinhos you will find approximately 600 restaurants. Or you can just go down the street to the fish market and pick your own fish to cook.
Matosinhos offers 15km of beautiful beaches that cut the coast into uneven shapes. Some are small and secluded, ideal for a quiet day, others with sand as far as the eye can see, inviting you to take long walks by the sea! In winter, they are sought after by lovers of surfing, bodyboarding, sailing and windsurfing who find the Atlantic Sea the ideal conditions for practicing these sports. In summer, the beaches are full of people looking for the sun, the sea, the golden sand, the heat, rest or the excitement of Matosinhos beaches.
The Matosinhos is one of the best beaches to learn to surf in Portugal. It is a long beach, but quite protected by the walls of the Port of Leixões, so it is mostly calm in terms of size and strength of waves and currents. It is on this beach that most of the city's surf schools are concentrated, offering group or private lessons and allowing equipment rental.
Other than food and surf, there's also a vast architectural heritage. You can explore museums and a lot of sites of interest like the Casa da Arquitectura, the Casa de Chá da Boa Nova and Piscina das Marés, built among the rocks and classified as a “National Monument”, and many others.
The apartment is a seven minutes walk from the beach. There's a lot of surf schools and Matosinhos is the best beach if you are looking for your first surf experience.
You can just walk down the street and get some fish on the market, or pick some fresh fruit and vegetables for your meals.
Matosinhos, it's a lovely city that has a lot of activities to do concerning the sea, surfing, kitesurfing, swimming and you can walk along the long beach sidewalk.
Matosinhos is also a perfect place to cycle, run or just relax on the beach or the city park. The Parque da Cidade do Porto, it's the biggest urban park in the country, with 83 ha and 10 km of paths.
Pets are welcome! So you can enjoy all this in the company of your pet.
The minimum rental is for one month and the price includes all the utilities : electricity, water, WiFi and a weekly house cleaning. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
Monthly rental from November to March 780€. Damage security deposit: 450€ returned at checkout.
During high and mid season the monthly fee is higher. Please inquire for availability and prices.
House rules: Pets allowed upon approval. Smoking is not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Silent hours fm: 22:00h till 08:00h
