Inside you will find will find 3 rooms, with a of with a distribution of 3 double beds and 1 bed for adapting to different groups different group types. The dwelling has 2 complete bathrooms, withrooms one with shower and another with bat, bath, offering comfort and and comfort and privacy to all

guests.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump, ensuring comfort in any season. Its independent kitchen has everything necessary to prepare meals with ease: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a complete set of kitchenware.

Outside, the private garden is a true Mediterranean refuge, with garden furniture, barbecue and space to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, the property has a private pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in total privacy. The plot is completely fenced, offering tranquillity and security.
