Feel at home in this charming two-storey holiday house, perfect for families or couples. This comfortable retreat offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a bathtub, plus an additional guest toilet.
The main floor features a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, leading directly to a private terrace ideal for outdoor dining. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double lower bunk and a single upper bunk. An additional sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space.
Free parking is available within the community on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed at all times. A small barbecue is available on the terrace, but fuel is not provided and it must be cleaned after use. Access to the shared community pool, tennis, and basketball courts is available.
Please be aware that the house is surrounded by gardens, so small insects may occasionally enter. There are stairs to access the second floor. The apartment has a decibel detector. No pets are allowed, and bringing a pet will incur a 150€ fine per stay. No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted and will incur a 150€ penalty. The noise levels and sleeping hours of adjoining neighbors must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties. It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation. Damage to small towels will cost 10€, large towels 20€, sheets 10€, and the duvet cover 30€. Damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros. The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros. Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit. The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve. We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Extra guest after check-in is 60€/day. The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Enjoy the coastal lifestyle with access to fantastic community amenities including a swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball courts. The community access gate is closed from 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., requiring guests to use the key provided inside the house during these hours.
