For check-in and/or check-out on Sundays and Spanish public holidays, a supplement of €25 applies. An additional charge of €25 will also be levied for check-in and/or check-out after 20:00 hours. These supplements must be paid in cash upon arrival. The rental rates mentioned include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. There may possibly be a camera system present in the dwelling; during the rental period, the camera system will be switched off by temporarily disabling it or by physically covering the cameras. The cleaning supplement includes bed and bath linens, service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Kindly note that a €500 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
