The property is located in an active tourist destination, and from time to time, there may be temporary public or private works in the surrounding area, which can result in some external noise during legal working hours. Arrivals between 22:00–24:00 will incur an extra cost of €20, and arrivals between 24:00–02:00 will incur an extra cost of €40.
