Welcome to our beautiful holiday villa in San Pedro del Pinatar! This villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends.
The villa is furnished in a modern style and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, each with a rain shower, there is ample space for upto eight people. Two of the bedrooms even have a king-size bed (210x180 cm), a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with seating.
One of the villa's biggest advantages is the 6x3m heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi and varying depth, making it suitable for both young and old. The large terrace offers a dining table for eight, a barbecue, a lounge area, and sun loungers, so you can soak up the Spanish sun.
The villa is just 2.5 km from the sea and 2 km from the Mar Menor, so the beach is always within easy reach. There are also many shops, restaurants, and playgrounds within walking distance of the villa. The villa has air conditioning and heating in the living room and all bedrooms, as well as heating in the bathrooms.
There is also a well-equipped kitchen with many appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
There is even an office available for any remote workers among us, while the rest of the family can enjoy the four smart TVs with Android and Ambilight, and fast Wi-Fi with good battery life.
Bed linen and towels are included, as well as a cot, beach and pool toys, and beach bags, so you don't have to worry about bringing extra luggage.
With no less than 320 days of sunshine a year, San Pedro del Pinatar is a fantastic destination for a year-round holiday.
