Enjoy alfresco dining on the private terrace with outdoor furniture and unwind in the shared garden and seasonal swimming pool, available from June to September. A private parking space is available in the garage for added convenience. Pets are allowed with a cost of 50€ per stay, with an additional charge of 150€ per stay for extra pets.
Please be aware that the swimming pool is seasonal and available only from June to September. Extra guests after check-in will incur a charge of 60€ per day. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is not tidied up before check-out. Smoking is not permitted and will incur a penalty of 150 euros. Noise levels and sleeping hours of adjoining neighbors must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules may result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties. It is compulsory to fill in guest documentation as indicated by Spanish authorities. Damages to amenities will incur charges: 10€ for small towels, 20€ for large towels, 10€ for sheets, and 30€ for the duvet cover. Damage or breakage of the entrance door lock will result in a 700 euro penalty. Loss or non-return of any key or control will cost 60 euros. Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit. Cleaning or maintenance teams may access the property for unforeseen events. We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodation. Walking through residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden; appropriate attire is required at all times.
