The lower floor offers a huge games room with a pool table and ping-pong table, a spacious suite with a double bed and a full living room, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and access to the 2-car garage with an automated door. The upper floor includes the master bedroom suite with its bathroom and connection to the chillout terrace overlooking the Atlantic, a jacuzzi for 6 people, a seating area, a bar with a minibar, and two floating seats. Families with children will appreciate the bedroom with two children's beds and a crib. The house is equipped with stair protectors and a removable fence on the pool.

Events and parties are expressly forbidden, as is access for people not listed in the reservation. Please respect the neighbors and avoid making noise from 10:00 PM onwards. Groups of young people under 25 years are not permitted.
