Please note that the communal swimming pool is seasonal and only available from June 15th to September 15th. Smoking is not permitted and will incur a penalty of 150 euros. Parties or events are not allowed. Extra guests after check-in will be charged 60€ per day. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is not tidied up before departure. Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties. Guests are required to fill in documentation as indicated by Spanish authorities. Damage to towels, sheets, or duvet covers will incur charges, and damage or breakage of the entrance door lock will result in a 700 euro penalty. Loss or non-return of any key or garage control will cost 60 euros. Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit. The cleaning or maintenance team may access the property if unforeseen events occur. Walking through residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden.
