The sleeping area is organized with two en-suite bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is provided with all the necessary amenities for the comfort of your stay. For your convenience, the apartment has central heating radiators, a dishwasher, a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
The condominium offers an outdoor pool, basketball and football courts, numerous green areas, and a private dock for those who enjoy navigating the Douro or the Atlantic waters. The garage-box easily accommodates two large cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and additional items. You may request our transfer service whenever necessary (price upon request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (price upon consultation). If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities cap (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If consumption exceeds this amount, the extra cost will be covered by the guest. The tenant is required to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 PM. If there are 2 people and you need the sofa bed made, this must be requested before your check-in (price upon consultation), otherwise we will assume that it is a couple and we will only make the bed in the room. Check-in is from 15:30 to 24:00. Please provide a check-in at least 24 hours before your arrival. If you need to store your luggage (from 12:00), please let us know in advance. Check-out is until 10:30.
