Nearby are hiking trails, water sports, and a village with shops and restaurants.

A stone house with beautiful river views on the Camino de Santiago. There is a small river beach in front of the house. House with 200m2 and 2,600m2 of land to run into the River Minho (only the bike path divides the river and the land).

Comfortable and fully equipped house for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and electric heating. It has one bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each having 2 single beds.

The living room has a television, wifi, a fireplace and a balcony facing west for sunset viewing. The kitchen opens to a dining area with a cosy fireplace.

The garden has a tennis court, a hammock under the trees and a large open lawn, making it perfect for sunbathing, exercising or simply relaxing. The property borders the banks of the river Minho where you will find a walking and bicycle path. Outdoor furniture, gardening tools, tennis equipment and bicycles are provided.

Located in a place without cars, close to the village with supermarkets, restaurants and the Camiño de Santiago.

At 10 minute walk from the small town of Lanhelas where you can find a bakery and a coffee shop, groceries, butcher, small supermarket and an excellent restaurant.

There is a small river beach in front of the house. The ocean beaches are 15 minute drive by car or accessible by train. The station is a short walk from the house.

Perfect for getting away from it all. For nature and bird lovers. Fishing, meditation, mushroom hunting and yoga are encouraged. It is very peaceful and quiet with a spectacular view of the river.

Year Rent:
• €2,100/month for a one-year rental.

For shorter stays (min 3 months):
• January to May and October to December: €2,200/month
• July and August: €4,000/month • June and September: €2,750/month

• Not included: water, electricity, gas and firewood.

Pet Policy:
• Tenants with pets are welcome!
• A refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. This will be returned at the end of the tenancy, provided there are no damages.
