This wonderful bungalow is located at the foot of the promenade and the beach in Las Burras, San Agustín, in a very quiet and private environment.

The property offers a private entrance with a well-kept front garden. Inside, we find two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a large family bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), and a bright living room with a dining area from which we can access the large outdoors terrace with pergola and solarium, and where the beautiful private pool is also located, with direct access to the promenade and the beach. In addition, it offers a roof terrace with wonderful views of the coastline that stretch out towards the Maspalomas dunes.

The bungalow offers all the commodities (WiFi Internet, television, small appliances, cutlery and utensils, etc.), as well as a game room in the basement with a large ping-pong table.
