This apartment offers a bright and stylish living space with a contemporary design. It features a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning and heating, and a private balcony with lovely pool views. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and direct access to the balcony, while the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms offer ample storage, air conditioning, and heating. The two modern bathrooms include one with a walk-in shower and another with a bath and shower.
Pool/beach towels are available upon request at the time of booking for an additional charge, and a mid-stay clean and linen change can be provided for longer bookings at an additional charge. Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, and the garden and pool are shared with residents of the building. An allocated parking space is provided for your exclusive use.
Check-in to this property is by a personal Meet & Greet service between 3pm and 11pm. If your check-in time will be after 8pm, an additional charge will apply. Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Online verification requiring a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card is necessary upon booking. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.
