Available for winter let from November 2024 until May 2025. Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space The fabulous pool area has views of the surrounding area. There are rattan sun loungers and a dining table where you can relax in this fantastic setting. To the side is the spacious eating area which has an array of seating, a bar, TV, plus a gas and brick BBQ. There is also an outdoor kitchen that comes with a fridge and 5 ring cooker where you can rustle up a tasty paella. To the side of the house is a badminton and boules area - great for a bit of family competition! Entrance There is a gated driveway for 1 car and further car port to the side for 1 car. The main entrance to the villa is up the external staircase from the driveway, which leads into the open plan living area. There is also access to the first floor at the rear of the villa, via a spiral staircase leading into the additional seating area. Living space The villa compromises of 2 living spaces. On the first floor, there is a contemporary, open plan area with a large L-shape sofa, feature fireplace and flat screen TV. Patio door open out to an additional seating area, overlooking the pool. There is also a kitchen with all mod-cons and a breakfast bar. On the ground there is a further lounge which has a flat screen TV, sofa and armchair. Just off here is the games room, with direct access to the exterior kitchen . Additional rooms On the first floor there is an additional seating area that has a small dining table with chairs and a sofa with 2 armchairs . From this large covered balcony, you can relax and enjoy the splendid views through the 3 attractive, open archways. There is also a spiral staircase leading to the pool terrace. Bedrooms and bathrooms On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a separate shower room. The first floor has a further double bedroom with en suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom with a patio door leading out to the additional seating area. There is also a further twin bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children up to 12 years. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor. All bedrooms and bathrooms have a good quality finish.
