The apartment is basic and it is located on the second floor. The complex is near the commercial center of Puerto Rico with all facilities such as shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Pets are not allowed and the maximum capacity of the apartment is two people (preferably older).
The price is € 700 (all inclusive) for one year contract, one month deposit and one month agency fees.
