You enter the villa through an ample tiled corner garden with your private swimming pool and plenty of outdoor furniture including sun loungers, outdoor dining table and seating area.

The villa has access to 2 swimming pools: your own private swimming pool in your garden and also a larger communal pool located behind the villa.

Inside the villa on the ground floor you will find the living/dining room with fully equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs you have an other double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the very spacious primary bedroom with walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace which offers stunning views of the area and the mountains in the distance. From this terrace you also have steps leading up to the large roof top solarium with an other outdoor seating area.

The villa is located within walking distance to the village of Benijofar where you will find all the amenities you need including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, shopping centres... La Marquesa Golf Course is 5 minutes drive away. The beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La Mata are just 15 minutes drive away.
