Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request. The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff access to the property for inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
