The second floor has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a small wardrobe, and the other with two single beds and a spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. A fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet is also on this floor. The ground floor offers a cozy living room with a dining table for six, a comfortable seating area, and an 80 cm LED TV. A guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are also available.
This home includes a private garage with a remote control for the access door and an interior door with key access. The property also features a private storage room for the owner.
