The interior of the villa is modern and bright, featuring a living room with TV and terrace access. It includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and two complete bathrooms with showers.
The villa features a heated swimming pool and an outdoor dining area.
The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reservation. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect neighbors. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. The alarm camera outside the front door of the house will operate during your stay.
