The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and Italian coffee maker.
Guests can enjoy access to the shared seasonal swimming pool and green spaces, available from June 15th to September 15th. A private parking space is available for hassle-free stays. Pets are allowed with a cost of 50€ per stay.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted and will incur a penalty of 150 euros. Extra guests after check-in will be charged 60€ per day. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is not tidied up. Extra pet after check-in costs 150€ per stay. The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbors must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties. It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation. Damage to amenities will incur charges: small towels 10€, large towels 20€, sheets 10€, duvet cover 30€. Damage or breakage of the entrance door lock will incur a penalty of 700 euros. Loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros. Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit. The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve. We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations. Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
