This apartment features a spacious open-plan living area filled with natural light, complete with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. Large sliding doors connect the living room to the private terrace, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, stove, kettle, refrigerator, and cooking utensils and tableware. The comfortable bedroom is designed for a restful night's sleep, featuring a spacious wardrobe and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
Guests have access to two communal swimming pools within the complex. Optional extras available upon request include air conditioning for €10/day, a baby crib for €20/stay, a high chair for €15/stay, and a pushchair for €20/stay. Extra towels (large €5, small €2, pool €5) and extra linen/bedding (€10/stay) are also available.
Late arrivals incur extra costs: arrivals between 22:00–24:00 will be charged an additional €20, and arrivals between 24:00–02:00 will be charged an additional €40. For a smooth arrival, please complete the online pre-check-in by uploading ID details before you travel, as keys can only be handed over once this step is done. Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment. Cancellations of bookings may occur if guests fail to comply with house rules or other obligations. Check-in is between 16:00 - 22:00 hours. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
