Check-in and/or check-out on Sundays and Spanish public holidays incur a supplement of €25. An additional charge of €25 will also be levied for check-in and/or check-out after 20:00 hours. These supplements must be paid in cash upon arrival. The rental rates mentioned include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. The cleaning supplement includes bed and bath linens, service during your stay, and a personal check-in and check-out. Bedding is made upon arrival, and each person receives one shower towel, one swimming pool towel, and one small towel, along with two kitchen towels per accommodation. A camera system may be present in the dwelling and will be switched off during the rental period by temporarily disabling or physically covering the cameras.
Kindly note that a €500 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
